How to reach a person, and what the line itself can already handle for you.
Try the FAQ first
Most of what people write in about is already answered in writing: how long the trial runs, what women pay, whether a card is needed and whether the number ever changes.
The FAQ page covers all of it. If your question is there, you will have your answer faster than we can reply.
Ways to reach us
Call the chat line
For getting on the line, re-recording your greeting, or anything to do with your call itself.
Call NowLive 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Billing and account questions
Charges you do not recognize, time you bought that did not appear, or anything else on the payment side.

Reporting a caller
You do not have to wait for us. Block the caller yourself, which stops them reaching you again, and report them from the line so a moderator picks it up.
Write to us as well if the behaviour was serious, or if you believe a caller is under 18. That one we want to hear about every time.
What we cannot do for you
Worth saying plainly, because these are the requests we get most often and the answer is always the same.
- We cannot tell you who called you. Caller numbers are hidden from us in conversation the same way they are hidden from other callers. That protection does not have an exception for people who ask nicely.
- We cannot pass a message to another caller. If a conversation ended and you did not exchange numbers, we have no way to reconnect you, and we would not do it if we could.
- We cannot share anything about another caller. Not their name, their number, their location or whether they are still calling the line. This holds no matter who is asking or why.
- We cannot make an exception on age. Eighteen and older, without exception, for everyone. The same rules that make those answers frustrating are the ones protecting your own information when somebody asks about you.
If you are writing to us
A few details make a reply faster: the phone number you called from, roughly when you called, and what you were trying to do. For a billing question, the date of the charge and the last four digits of the card help.
Never send us a full card number, and never send it to anyone claiming to be us. We will not ask you for one by email.
